I can’t remember the last time I felt so strongly in love/obsessed with an article(s) of clothing. That is until I visited Anthropologies website last night and saw the first image. I think I would like to copy and paste everything the model is wearing onto my body. Even down to the rose-tinted aviators, dipped coral necklace, and her perfectly sideswept bangs and curled ends. Have I mentioned the tiered fringed skirt yet? Yep, I want that too. Ugh, sometimes I wish that I could be a babillionaire and scoop all of these pieces right up on a whim! Oh Anthropologie, why do you slay me so?
Aside from that initial first page obsession, I think that photograph printed clothing is just so beyond. Its different, unique, and has a personality of its own. Its almost as if the clothes tell a story. Anthropologie pairs these photo printed pieces so well with creams and whites in great textures to offset the sleekness of the photography, but still let it shine. I’ve already mentioned the fringed skirt paired with the Manu blouse, but how awesome is the macrame tank paired with the Digital Sunset Skirt? See what I mean – cream and great texture and you’ve got just the right amount of dimension.
My favorite pieces out of this collection? It is a total toss up but I would pretty much die and go to heaven for the halter dress. I think its something that I would wear time and time again and have so much excitement over pulling out each summer. With a family beach trip planned with my boyfriends family this summer, I am picturing this in my future big time. If its the only piece I buy all summer, I think I would still be quite happy. I also think that the Zimmerman photo bikini is to die for with its beach scene Because why wouldn’t you buy a fun bikini for summertime!?
And, because I can’t stop there, I would also veryyyy much like these here wedges. Fairy godmother/genie in a bottle, are you listening?!
