I’m not giving up my affection for dainty jewelry, but after being introduced to new-to-me jewelry line, Lizzie Fortunato Jewels, I’m dying to add one (or all) of their statement pieces to my collection of sparkly things… How could I not be drawn to a line that is the project of two sisters?  Designed by Elizabeth Fortunato and managed by her twin sister Kathryn, their collection has become famous for its mix of high and low (often reclaimed) materials and stand-out designs.  Just by looking at their site, you can tell how much craftsmanship and care goes into every single piece –…

Just by looking at their site, you can tell how much craftsmanship and care goes into every single piece – couture-like quality at a fair price!  The brand is making quite the name for itself and has been featured on the cover of Women’s Wear Daily, and on the pages of British Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and The New York Times.  I know… Kind of incredible.

You may have been lucky enough to spot their Resort 2013 collection that was on sale at Moda Operandi from August 3-10.  I missed it but you can see some sneak peeks here on the brand’s blog, A Fortune Found.  Since the Resort collection won’t be available for some time, I’m made my wish list above of the Lizzie Fortunato pieces I’d love to have right now.  Please don’t disturb me while I’m dreaming.

Shop the line via the Lizzie Fortunato online shop, ShopBop, Charm & Chain, and Pretty Mommy.
