I had mentioned in a post before how I think finding gifts for children can be pretty tricky at times and I am especially picky about it. Must be my days spent day in and day out with them, eh? Either way, I always try to find something that isn’t straight up crap and something that will last them a little while that they will also appreciate (hopefully) and remember. Lots of qualifications there. When thinking about gifts for sweet students at school I also wanted to follow these guidelines (read: no pencils, candy, dollar store junk that would most likely be left under the seat of the car after school), while remaining budget friendly. Talk about tricky. Leave it to Pinhole Press to answer all of my present prayers for this one. They had tons of great gift options for kids all of which were personal and something that would be used and at least appreciated by the parents. I think for my guys I settled on these personalized Book Labels. As a child I remember having book labels of my own with my monogram that I could stick into all of my books officially labeling them as mine and no one elses. Ideal for siblings with sticky fingers Since I work with first graders, reading is a hugee deal and books are for the most part loved by all at that age. I know each and every one of the kids would love sticking these into their books at home. At $10 a piece they’re definitely not “cheap”, but I work in a very very small school so they work just perfect. Now I’ve got to select my photos tomorrow and order fast before the last day of school. Can’t wait to see them in person. I found so many other wonderful gift ideas on Pinhole Press that I literally want to buy something for everyone on my list. Everyone loves receiving photographs too, right?!
P.S. A HUGE thank you to all of the amazing comments on my post yesterday about my hair disaster! I cannot tell you how much it means to me that you all took the time to comment. I cannot wait to pick up some travel sizes of your favorite products and test them out:)
