A black dress on Black Friday, now how cheesy am I? Forgive me for styling and posting an outfit where half the things I’m wearing are old or now sold out—I know how annoying that is, and I’m sorry. But, it goes to show that half of what I wear on a daily basis is a combination of old and new pieces that I like to recycle and wear in different ways. I got this dress from Marciano when Sally and I hosted an event with them this past September and I loved it for the fit and texture. I tend to gravitate towards more sleek and column-type dresses so although this was more “bandage” than I was used to, I was so obsessed with the sweater -like texture and design that was woven into the fabric. The tone on tone design is simple but eye-catching and I’ve already worn it more times than I can count since I first got it. Hate that it’s now sold out because it’s a staple piece for me that I’m happy to share…but I found a few looks that are similar in terms of fit and sweater-like texture.
Now stop reading and get back to shopping those sales!!
