Is everyone getting so sick of hearing Texans complain about the heat? Admittedly, it's fairly hard not to talk about anything else. But I'll try...
First things on my mind (besides how hot it will be today): 1) Molly and I have been watching The Handmaid's Tale and have two episodes left. I don't even know what to say other than that we're equal parts shocked, creeped out, angry, and intrigued each time we watch. It's definitely a "make you think" kind of show and we're addicted. 2) I really want to see The Big Sick (which comes out this weekend). Maybe I've craving some sweet comedic relief after the aforementioned series binging? 3) This Cuyana tee dress had been worn aggressively. Keep reading to find out why I'm loving it.
I already shared my love for Cuyana’s Drape-Back Dress in this post. It’s a fantastic midi and has gotten a lot of wear in the few weeks I’ve had it. But alas, the heat has led me to favor shorter hem lines and the Pleat-Back Tee Dress had been my go-to when I want to be comfortable but look put together. Unlike some of my other t-shirt dresses, this one has the elevated details Cuyana is so known for…the back pleat gives the super soft pima cotton an architectural element that makes it really special. And I love the baby pocket in the front – it’s the perfect little size and that little something extra. The black has limited sizes but the grey version has been fully restocked! Highly recommend getting on the waitlist (just click your size and a box appears to enter your email) if your size is gone…Cuyana has been re-stocking their fast-selling pieces all summer!
Also: my bright and incredibly comfortable sandals are on sale! 50% off! Get ’em before they’re gone!!!
