Gorgeous Kind Of Chaos

I am kind of one of those people that is obsessed with my birthday.  I don’t make a whole week of it or anything like that but I don’t know, I have just always had a warm fuzzy feeling about birthdays (mine in particular).  So THANK YOU for any and all birthday wishes – they mean a lot to me and I swear I can feel the love and it has made me smile all. Day. Long. Do you guys want to hear about the day I was born?  I came out with red hair all over my perfect little head… And Sally was the best big sister ever – she loved me right from the start.

Today I’ve been relatively low key about making a big celebratory day… I’m not sad about getting older (I’m officially 24 years young) but adding another number has definitely made me think about what I’m doing today and what I could be doing a year from now.  For those of you that don’t know me very well (or gChat with me on the reg), I have this big thing about visualizing goals and picture myself achieving exactly what I want.  SO – I predict that this year will bring surprises, challenges, and lots of new experiences.  I can’t wait to seize the next 365 days, I have a feeling 25 is going to rock my world!

Fun fact: this birthday is particularly special because it will be the first time in 5 years that I will be celebrating it with my mama and her famous homemade chocolate birthday cake.  Dying.  I am so lucky.  I’ll eat a few extra slices for you peeps!
