Don’t worry, I’m not about to haze anyone… But for any wine lovers out there I’m sure you know that drinking organic wine (red or white) is said to give you less of a hangover than the regular stuff because organic wine producers tend to use reduced levels of sulphites. And for post-college girls like me that can’t drink like they use to and get hangovers from 3+ glasses (so sad, it breaks my heart) taking the step towards organic drinking is worth it.
Since I’m a packaging junkie and I’m often judging a wine based on it’s label (come on, you guys do it too, right?) these bottles above really stuck my fancy… All are produced by wineries that make their wines with organic grapes and farming methods. The wine in images 3-4 is both organic and sustainable – its “label” is attached with a rubber band so there are no adhesives; once you finish the bottle you are asked to return the bottle and recycle the label as commemorative poster. Click on the links below to learn more about the wines and the creative designs behind the packing… And cheers to happy drinking, chickens!
