Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone! Who needs green eggs and ham when you can eat a green velvet or Irish chocolate cupcake?! Sprinkles will be selling the green velvet only today, but the Irsih chocolate are available till Sunday March 20th – and you can bet that I’m going to try and swipe up a few of these festive babies between now and then…
Anyone have any St. Paddy’s traditions? My mom always makes an amazind dinner of cornbeef and cabbage (honestly, those Irish people know what they’re doing – it is so delish) followed with a pistachio cake (it’s mint green and so good and I could eat the entire thing myself if someone would let me).
Question: is it nerdy to wear green on St. Patrick’s Day and red/pink on Valentine’s Day if you are over the age of 12? Because I do it. At my office. And I’m only a tiny bit embarrassed. It’s the little things right? Hope everyone has a lucky, lucky day!!!

Totally not nerdy! I'm sporting green today. At my office!
Oh my goodness I NEED to make a Sprinkles run this afternoon! How fun
YUMMY!
And no not nerdy at all! My mom has been sporting green all week – hah! And I definitely have it on right now.
Nerdy?? Of course not … I'd rather say Necessary!! I went to the orthodontist this morning and they were handing out shamrock stickers to anyone not wearing green in order to avoid being pinched throughout the day! Although, one gal said her goal was to be pinched … yikes …!! Happy Saint Patrick's Day gals!
We live in the Midwest and most people out and about today were sporting some green, our entire family included. Love the corned beef and cabbage too!
