Not quite sure how it’s June 1st today… but I like it. The air is warmer and bright colors are calling my name. If you can’t tell by the fresh header for this month – I’m seriously feeling pinks and oranges right now :) June in Texas is nice because the heat isn’t to the point of suffocation yet and laying out or spending time outside is refreshing (especially after being in a freezing air conditioned office all week). I wish I could say I had some great summer vacations lined up for this month that included seeing a beach but right now it’s looking like my pool will be the extent of my weekend scenery. Anyone have any great plans for this month to make me jealous?!
Besides the great brights associated with this summer season I’m really looking forward to having my cooking mojo back – the warm weather always inspires me to cook/grill… and eat. Eat lots of delish summer-esque foods. Yup. I like June.
LOVE the new header! Pink and orange is my favorite combo, hands down (also happened to be my wedding colors)- it immediately caught my eye and made me happy! Happy June!
