I know we’ve had a babillion posts up today but it’s chocolate day today and I had to pay homage to the most beautifully packaged chocolate I’ve ever seen… Mast Brothers Chocolate. When they first started selling their yummy chocolates they wrapped the bars in butcher paper to emphasize that “chocolate is food – not candy.” Like their state of mind. As the business evolved their wrapping paper got more sophisticated with different designs to denote the different flavors… The paper designed use to be outsourced but now they design each “pattern” in-house. Beautiful aren’t they?? Each bar is hand wrapped and sold at their factory in Brooklyn… Which makes them taste all the better, I’m sure. Go indulge!!
