San Fran Sister Trip

Oooo how we love to get away!  Right now we are in route (love in-flight wifi) to San Francisco for the wedding weekend of one of our most dear friends, Victoria.  Have I told you that I have never been to California?  Well I haven’t.  Isn’t that kind of adorable?  This is my first trip to the golden state and I couldn’t be happier that it’s with the seeeesteeer.  We are becoming pretty fun travel buddies… And we think we are just hilarious.  This morning a man at the airport asked if we were twins – we said yes.  First time we have ever told that lie but it was 6:30am and kind of funny.  He asked “Really?!  Have you ever tricked people before??”  Just you, sir… Just you.  We’re landing in the city wicked early so if any of you have suggestions for must-see shops or delish food please comment away!

Sounds so fun! I have to say I'm so jealous. I will be stuck in Maryland doing homework but I long to be jet-setting to Cali right about now! Have so much fun!

Have the best time! I'm an SF Bay Area native and I know you'll love the area. As much as I consider myself an insider, let us know what you do. I always love hearing about new finds and hidden gems. Safe travels!

You have to go to La Boutique on 414 Jackson Street – it's the epitome of a beautiful Parisian fashion shop + contemporary art gallery all in one. They carry incredible labels that the owner/buyer buys straight from Europe. Have fun!

I agree with Paula, Luna on Sacramento has a lovely selection, and a 15% off sale this weekend! If you head out to Sacramento St., be sure to also check out the consignment shops Goodbyes (two locations, one has the last call markdowns) and the Designer Consignerl; there are gems hiding in there.

If you have time, Oakland is awesome to visit as well.. Some of my favorite shops and resturants are in Oakland. Shoot me an email if you need more recommendations!
