Without realizing it, Sally and I let the second anniversary of A Piece of Toast completely pass us by… On November 9th – this little blog turned two. This morning I went back and read our post from last year that celebrated our first year in the blogsphere and it was so weird (or great?) to remember where both of us were only a year ago. I think one of the nicest things about having a blog is that it’s literally like a virtual scrapbook/dairy/inspiration board of sorts – it’s so nice to go back and look at old posts and see a snapshot of what we liked or were thinking on a given day.
Have things changed since last year? Definitely. For one thing, time seems to be moving faster than we thought possible and both Sally and I know that the routine of blogging is an influence of that. The blog continues to bring us closer together and is a definite source of joy in our daily lives. We’ve made strong friendships and had great opportunities… And we have fallen even more in love with our wonderful readers (you guys are the best. For real).
So I know it’s a lame Toast Talk today, but I wanted to keep things short and sweet in reflecting on the past two years of APoT. Thank you all so much for your continuous support. It goes without saying, but this blog would be nothing if we didn’t have you readers cheering us on with your comments, emails, tweets, Facebook and Instagram love. We adore you, chickens!

Woohoo-two years! My blog turned two November 29 and you're right it's so fun to go back to certain posts and see what was going in life a year ago or two years ago. Time flies by but your blog has a remained in the top five blogs even two years later!
