‘Tis Friday

The last Friday till Christmas time!! Has everyone checked out?  Good, good – glad I’m not the only one.  So tired and so ready to get home so I can sleep in, eat deliciousness, and bask in the glory of doing nothing aside from hanging out with the family.  And performing some light wrapping (not wrapping).

If anyone has some great recommendations for books on tape – let me know.  I’ve got two eight hour drives and I need to stay awake :)  Word has it there is a white Christmas waiting for me at home and I’m pretty pleased about that… Cheers to heading into a great weekend!

    During a trans-North American drive I listened to the unabridged 'Something Borrowed' and 'Something Blue'. Great narration, beach-read type story line and they make time pass in a blink. Safe travels!

    I would highly suggest a tape of the stores from David Sedaris, which he reads, especially one collection called I think "Holidays on Ice" but any audio books by this wonderful guy will have you laughing all the way…

    Enjoy your travels…Merry Christmas! Love the skirt and the bag…so stylish. And a hook I enjoyed was by Peter mayle called hotel patsis about provence. Loved it. Here is a pink to find it on amazon!

    Good luck on your drive! I just had a 13.5-hour cross country trip from Alabama to Texas. I feel your pain!
