Happy Thursday! We are so lucky to have Bailey of Peppermint Bliss styling our She Wishes She Was Wearing blogger series today… If you’re not reading Peppermint Bliss yet, you should be. And you have a lot of past posts to read to get caught up. Bailey has impeccable style when it comes to all things interiors (her old home in Chicago was featured in rue) and her blog is full of design inspiration, personal stories that will make you love her and pee your pants laughing, and general lifestyle goodness that makes her seem relatable and down to earth. Plus, the girl pulled double duty today by creating an outfit both for her and her little girl, Gracie. Oh yeah, Bailey is also a fantastic mama to the most precious baby you have ever seen (seriously). Any girl that favors neon citrus skinnies and mouse flats has a friend in the two of us.

QUESTIONS of STYLE:
.Describe your personal style in five words or less: After being pregnant for what feels like about two years, I have almost forgotten what my debumped personal style is. But I would say classic with a twist.
.Who inspires your personal style, influencing what you’re drawn to and what you end up wearing? If I had my fashion act together (and was just a wisp of a lady) I would dress like Rachel Bilson.
I love ladylike dresses, or jeans and a simple white t, paired with some funky jewel or unexpected shoe.
.What is an item you cannot live without or what are some of your wardrobe essentials? My wardrobe/accessory essentials are a bright, comfortable pair of flats, some funky sunnies, and a properly fit pair of pants.
.What is your most recent purchase? My most recent purchases have been jewelry and accessories, things I can wear now and once I lose the baby weight!
.What are some of your make-up must haves? My makeup routine is simple, but I never leave the house with an uncurled naked eyelash, or a swipe of under eye concealer. A tinted lip balm is my most essential mom gear.
.What’s the best style advice you’ve ever given or received? If you have a rear end situation like mine, you are often a size or two larger in pants than in dresses/everything else. Which is brutal for the ego. But just suck it up, buy the right size, have them hemmed, and cut out the tag and write in “0″. (editor’s note: B, you are quite hysterical)
Loved having you and your two adorbale outfits on the blog, Bailey! xx
