I’m going to keep this short and sweet – I’ve been obsessing over Maya Brenner and her jewels since November. Her dainty initial pieces have been in the forefront of my mind and at the top of my “I WANT” list. Seeing Kelly Framel, one of my biggest girl crushes, sport a double initial necklace from MB last week really sealed the deal for me. I don’t have any initial jewelry yet and the simple letters have me written all over them… No offense but those big, scripty, medallion type initial/monogram necklaces will never be something I’m into. But Maya Brenner’s simplistic everyday designs are my jam.
So I’m thinking a mini initial bracelet is what I need… the tiny chain will look major and juxtapose perfectly with my big, black Nixon watch and hopefully I can start a little collection. Get an “M” first and then maybe one with “A – P – O – T”? Get it? For A Piece of Toast? Gosh I’m so ironic.
