Friday, Friday, Friday! Good old Friday!
A couple years ago when I student taught in Kindergarten, every Friday during the morning announcements over the intercom, the whole school would join in with this little chant. I swear it was the best way to start off a Friday. I still say this to myself every single Friday out of habit. Yes, I know, strange.
Maybe I will start you guys into it too. Hows about a Friday, Friday, Friday post every Friday to get you chickens (our should I say Zebras?) in the mood? Plus, how can you not be excited about the day when you see this little baby Zebra pie running like the wind. I bet its just breaking in his new skinny little legs. This new tradition of Friday spirit posts might also need to include an animal. Who doesn’t love animals. They bring out the best in us – baby voices and all.
