Well I love the look of the swan dive but I've never been able to do one, so I'll go with cannonball!

I usually run and jump off our dock at our Lake in Minnesota, but due to a recent knee surgery I will have to wade my way in slowly this summer. The float ring might help!!
The way I get in depends on how hot it is. If it's bearable, I usually wimp out and stick by the stairs and inch in verrrry slow. But (and this is my favorite way) if it's really hot and I've been laying out so long that I can't stand it anymore, I'll get a running start and cannonball in! It just feels so good to go from pre-heat stroke to refreshed! I also like to try and stay under as long as I can after jumping in just to make that moment last
