Fedora

I never thought I liked fedoras or would ever buy one for myself.  I always worried that I wouldn’t be able to pull one off, but now that summer is here – I want one.  Badly.  There is something about a fedora, a pair of Ray Ban aviators, and a bikini that just screams summer, no?  I mean, check out those chickadees in the pictures.   

With weekends spent poolside and playing with the puppies and a week long beach trip coming up in August, I can picture myself frolicking about my free time in one of these chic little hats like its my job.  No better way to keep the sun out or protect the tresses.  The above version by Halogen from Nordstrom comes in multiple options including two tone, solid, and a perfectly classic natural with blue stripe.  The ribbon adorning the brim in a half bow adds just the right touch of girly without being too much.  What’s totally selling me is the price – definitely won’t break the bank.  No one wants to spend a fortune on a hat, right!?
