Happy, happy Friday! Lately I have been inspired to mix patterns more in my wardrobe. Specifically, mixing stripes and florals. I love the look of the always classic striped tee paired with a girly floral on bottom. Earlier in the season I invested in two pairs of printed/floral jeans (these and these) that I am dying to try this look with. I also stocked up on some classic v-neck tees (they’re so soft and so cheap!) at Old Navy that will be perfect for the job. Now if only the weather in Dallas won’t be too hot this weekend to rock some pants! Wish me luck!

I think you might have to switch to some floral shorts. Dallas summers were not designed for skinny jeans…or denim of any kind. Definitely a look worth trying.
