Well, the sunglasses obsession is back and I’m blaming all on Pinterest. That and the warm weather that seems to be creeping its way back into our lives again (thank goodness!). I have my heart completely set on purchasing a pair of mirrored/reflective sunglasses for spring and summertime. Something about the way they look just screams warm weather and they seem to make everyone who sports them instantly look like a total rock star. Who am I kidding, I just want some rock star sunnies:) These reflective lenses come in an array of shapes/sizes as well as colors, but I am definitely leaning towards getting them in the classic aviator shape. Call me crazy, but I don’t own a single pair of actual classic aviators. I think this is the perfect chance to add a pair to my collection. As far as lense color goes, I tried a few on last weekend (but was good and didn’t buy!), and I think I liked the blue-hued version best on me. Orange is super duper cool but it just did not look right with my hair. All you brunettes out there should be sporting the orange version this summer to channel your inner Taylor Tomasi Hill. If she wears them, you know they’re legitimate. What do you think, is this something you would try to incorporate into your springtime accessorizing?

I’m loving sunglasses as an accessory. The reflective lenses are so fun! I’m looking for a pair of white sunnies (I even did a post on them today).
I’ve been flip-flopping on my feelings about reflective lenses, so I decided to buy myself a pair of Knockarounds for an upcoming vacation. They’re cheap so if they’re not the look for me, I won’t be kicking myself. Can’t wait for them to arrive!

Hi SAM! I am so obsessed with these mirrored Ray Ban Aviators also! I have had the red/orange colored ones in my Nordstrom.com wish list for a few weeks, though since I am blonde too, I may need to rethink my purchase and go with the blue. I can’t wait to rock them for spring/ summer this year and hope to look like a rock star too!

Everyone needs a perfect pair of aviators. Last year I bought my first pair of Rayban ones in a purple frame and haven’t taken them off since!

So funny, I’ve spotted them here and there online and have been googling “mirrored sunglasses, trend” trying to see if its a thing! I just tracked down a pair of the orange lensed Ray-Ban Aviators. I suspect my friends thought I was a bit crazy buying them but glad to see you support my whole “they make you look like a rockstar” theory too!

I just bought the orange/pink ones. I am blonde, and I love them. I live in Minnesota so I look ridiculous in them when it is 20 degrees. Waiting to wear until it warms up…Thinking a trip to Miami is in order. Love this post and glad I am not the only one obsessed with this trend.
