Something & Something Else.

First “something”: I am so honored to be featured on Luella & June today as the “style notes” du jour!!  Not only is Bradley one of my blogging besties, but she’s a true real life friend, too and one of my favorite girls in Dallas…  Her Q+A is one of my favorites and I loved thinking over each of the questions.  I hope you’ll head over to L&J to check out the full feature!  Thanks again for having me, B :)

And the other something is quite literally, Something Else. I stumbled upon the line while looking at Madewell’s “Labels We Love” and fell in love with the splashes of laser cut shapes and delicate fabric.  The subtle details make for a great conversation pieces and the classic shapes (skirt, dress (on sale!), blouse (on sale!), tank) allow you to make them as sweet or edgy as you please.  Personally, I’d like the navy blouse or cream tank with some black leggings, my leather jacket and some crazy heels… Natalie Wood is the Australian designer behind Something Else – and while the laser cut pieces on the Madewell site are to die for, she has many more designs on her site here!
