Ask me any day what my favorite thing to splurge on and I will tell you: “Jewelry.” But not just any jewelry, gold dainty pieces are my absolute favorite. Sheridan French 20% off Discount!

We got to do something REALLY fun last summer…  In late July, we joined Sheridan French and some of her biggest local fans for a “casting call shoot” in the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens!  We love Sheridan’s pieces as much as we love her and her blog, so you can imagine how excited we were to spend a morning prancing around in some of her latest designs…  As you can see form the photos above (taken by the talented Kassie Moore) we, along with the rest of the “models,” were outfitted in dreamy and colorful creations from Sheridan’s Spring 2013 collection (you can check out all the photos from the shoot on Facebook here).

Sally wore the Calypso Tunic tunic printed with Sheridan’s signature quatrefoil printed in happy lime and chartreuse and embroidered with white detailing around the neck.  I wore the light-as-air “Athena” silk maxi dress with a cherry and pale green (gorgeous color combo) print.  Seeing all the pieces of the collection and being part of the shoot was a dream!  Even if it was nearly 100+ degrees outside ;)
