Beautiful Booties

September 16, 2013

We’re going back. To New York Fashion Week! This time we’ll be staying just for a few days (Friday-Sunday) and will be with our Dallas buds Amy + Mary…but we’re ridiculously excited. Last year we were total rookies and even though we still don’t have a clue how to navigate Manhattan or pack for such a fashionable excursion, we feel like we have a better idea of what to expect. NYFW kicks off this Thursday (9/5) and our countdown to being in the city on Friday is on. AND thanks to Poppytalk, we now know all about Pinterest’s first-ever Fashion…

High Dolla$

Sometimes (a lot of times) I find myself lusting after things that are way far out of my price range and/or budget. Dream items that I would rather save up for months to buy than buy a bunch of little/poor quality items. At any given time I have a few goodies in the back of my mind that I wouldn’t mind giving my first born for (just kiddinggg). Either that or put it on a Christmas or Birthday list!  Right now, those Stuart Weitzman 50/50 boots are calling my name, and badly. Ever since seeing Olivia Palermo wearing them last…

Ever since seeing Olivia Palermo wearing them last winter, I have had my heart set on owning a pair of my own. The good news is that its practically hot in Dallas until about October, so I’ve got some time to save my pennies for my dream boots!!

Packing for Chi City

July 29, 2013

This Thursday my boyfriend and I are heading to the Windy City for a long weekend of exploring the city (its his first time) and attending Lollapalooza with some long-time friends. We’ve had this trip planned for months, and I’m so excited that its finally here. Each year we try to take a trip with just the two of us – there is just something about planning and executing a trip together. Since most of our time in the city will be spend at the fest, were trying to get as much packed in to the other days as we…

Right now, Fab is hosting a design sale with none other than one of our most favorite brands, Kate Spade SATURDAY.   Saturday is notorious for being colorful, carefree, and versatile with fun and easy dresses and the brightest of accessories.  In fact, I sported a dress by SATURDAY to a birthday dinner this past Friday night:)  Nothing screams birthday dress quite like a bright sunny yellow party dress, right!?  The majority of the SATURDAY collection on Fab is actually exclusive to the site, with many of the products actually being on sale.  Done and done.  I knew some of the items looked new!  One of Molly’s personal favorites from the sale?  This bright blue, reversible cape.  Such a fun piece to brighten up an otherwise dreary day.  I also can’t help but eye this easy shift dress.  The color is a personal favorite and the studs take it up a notch.  Could be easily worn day to night and into fall with a navy blazer.  I love navy and lavender together:)

The Kate Spade Saturday sale on Fab ends in 9 days, giving you plenty of time to shop for the perfect colorful piece your closet has been needing!

Lavender Studded Everyday Shift Dress // Grey Half Circle Purse // Criss Cross Corded Dress // Pink Six Pocket Tee // Yellow Full Circle Purse // Colorful Gather Round Top // Red Saturdate Heels // Red Gather Round Mini Skirt // Mint Two Texture Muscle Tee // Blue Reversible Cape // Black Circle Sunnies // Blue Spotted Let Loose Dress // Black and White Jump Around Jumpsuit

This post was sponsored by Fab – a site that we genuinely shop from and one that makes A Piece of Toast possible!
